Royal Wedding Countdown: Cup 'o tea

Tea is bad for you, so don't drink it.  Herbal tea can apparently be really lovely.  Not for me, blech.  But I've heard other people like it.  And no royal wedding tea party would be complete without William & Kate:

The biggest question I have here is why is there money stuffed into Kate's dress?  What exactly are they implying?  Kate's family is already rich, so I can only assume the artist is quite bitter about not being in the teacup herself.
