Okay, I know these are for rock-climbing, hiking, blah blah blah. I would just really love to see someone wear them to a corporate meeting. Or to Church. Or in the White House.
By the way, this style is for men. The women's sizes come in other colors.

If I'm being honest, I would actually be interested in a pair of these.
ReplyDeleteI would think that to be used for rock climbing they would really need to lace up. Odd.
Way ahead of you. The first time I saw them was at church. Personally I think they'd drive me insane.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! I saw a guy wearing these yesterday at the farmers market. I even thought about taking a sneaky picture but it's hard to be sneaky with a stroller and a four-year-old.
ReplyDeleteYou're in luck Matt--they Do have lace-up versions for rock-climbing. All I can think about when I see them is one of my friend's aversion to seeing other people's toes. I wonder what it would be like to kick back at her house wearing these.
ReplyDeleteI've seen people walking around campus to classes and to church with these on actually. It's quite disturbing really to see people step on sharp objects with what appears to just be their feet at a distance. Also they probably smell terrible.
ReplyDeleteFrom people that wear them, I've heard nothing but good things about these. They are apparently the most comfortable things ever.
